The plant covers an area of about 86666m². It has built ursodeoxycholic acid synthesis workshop, bilirubin workshop, ursodeoxycholic acid and bilirubin GMP clean workshop, high-purity chenodeoxycholic acid workshop, bitter bile pretreatment workshop, biological enzyme fermentation workshop, with an annual output of ursodeoxycholic acid intermediates of more than 240 tons, and an annual output of bilirubin of more than 2.5 tons. The annual output of high content chenodeoxycholic acid is more than 200 tons, the annual output of crude bile acid is more than 1000 tons, and the annual output of various biological enzymes is more than 300 tons. The products involve three major fields of biomedicine, animal health care and medical beauty daily chemical. The main products include ursodeoxycholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, bilirubin, hyodeoxycholic acid, cholic acid and other pharmaceutical intermediates, as well as feed additive bile acid "Dantai" series products and "Xiantao" series daily chemical products. Through the strict screening of supplier qualifications and raw material evaluation, as well as strict quality control and safety production management system, we have created two large-scale production lines of ursodeoxycholic acid intermediates and bilirubin. The enterprise pursues process innovation and digital information processing, and the product market share has increased year by year, and is now located in the first phalanx.
