The company has two major production bases, located in Changde Deshan Economic and Technological Development Zone and Changde High-tech Development Zone, respectively. It plans to build the largest bold resource production enterprise in China, with nearly 300 employees. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a small giant enterprise in Hunan Province, a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province, and won the title of "Advanced Collective of New Hunan contribution Award" in Hunan Province in 2021.
The factory covers an area of about 130 mu and has built ursodeoxycholic acid synthesis workshop, bilirubin workshop, ursodeoxycholic acid and bilirubin GMP clean workshop, high purity chenodeoxycholic acid workshop, bitter bile pretreatment workshop and bioenzyme fermentation workshop, with an annual output of more than 240 tons of ursodeoxycholic acid intermediate, more than 2.5 tons of bilirubin, more than 200 tons of high-content poultry bile chenodeoxycholic acid, more than 1000 tons of crude bile acid and more than 300 of various bioenzymes.
Products involved in biomedicine, animal health and medical and American daily chemical three major areas, the main products include ursodeoxycholic acid, goose deoxygenation.
Cholic acid, bilirubin, hyodeoxycholic acid, cholic acid and other pharmaceutical intermediates, as well as feed additives bile acid "Dentai" series of products and "Xiantao" series of daily chemical products.
By controlling and standardizing the source of upstream raw materials, adopting advanced and environmentally friendly biological enzyme catalysis technology and equipment, using production line automatic control system, and through strict quality control and safety production management system, two domestic production workshops and production systems of ursodeoxycholic acid intermediate and bilirubin with large production capacity, advanced technology, high degree of intelligence and strict quality management system have been created. The market share of the products is increasing year by year and is now in the first square.
